In stock handbags, purses, wallets & bags will ship within 2 business days, on average.  Custom orders require longer wait times allowing me to source materials and to create the one-of-a-kind product.  Most custom orders are completed within 3-5 weeks.

Please remember, the item(s) you purchase from Biltmore Needleworks are handmade and variations or imperfections may occur.  This is what makes your item unique!  I would never knowingly list an item that has damage, so I do not accept returns.  However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me at biltmoreneedleworks@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt/delivery & please include photos. We can discuss replacement or refund of the product when warranted.
